• Email address — when you sign up for the Sovereign Reset free gift or my newsletter via the opt-in form on this site.
• First name — optionally provided when you subscribe, used to personalise emails.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics data (pages visited, time on site, referral source) collected to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics.

I do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or data from children under 16.
