5 Supplements I Actually Finished (and Reordered!)

Sharing is caring!

Let’s be honest. Most supplements end up like that one gym membership: full of good intentions, barely used, and eventually gathering dust next to your turmeric latte mix and expired chia seeds.

But every now and then, something actually works—and not only do I finish the bottle, I reorder like a woman possessed.

So here they are: the 5 supplements I’ve actually stuck with. No fluff. No MLM nonsense. Just what worked for my body.

1. Prime Biome – The Gut & Skin Game-Changer

Let’s start with the one I won’t shut up about.

I stumbled on Prime Biome during a bloated, cranky phase when my digestion was doing the cha-cha and my skin looked like I’d washed it in frying oil.

Within two weeks, I noticed real changes:

  • Less bloating (hallelujah).
  • Clearer skin—especially that annoying hormonal chin zone.
  • No more sugar cravings clawing at my soul by 3 PM.

I finished my first bottle in a month. I’ve now reordered three times and even travel with it. If my gut could hug it, it would.

2. Magnesium Glycinate – Sleep’s Secret Weapon

If you wake up at 3:12 AM staring into the void and questioning all your life choices, try magnesium glycinate. Not citrate (unless you enjoy unplanned colon cleansing).

This one chills me out, helps me sleep deeper, and I no longer snap at people just for existing. You can find it basically anywhere, but I like the capsule form from Now Foods. Here’s a link to it on Amazon.

3. Ashwagandha – The Cortisol Whisperer

I was skeptical at first. “Adaptogen” sounded like something made up by Gwyneth Paltrow. But ashwagandha does something.

It evens out those adrenaline rollercoasters, helps me stay calm when tech explodes or someone tells me to “just relax.”

Fair warning: if you take it during the day, you might want a nap. Use it strategically—like when your inbox hits 1,432 unread emails. 😉

You can get Ashwaganda here!

4. B-Complex – For When Life Is… A Lot

You know that bone-tired exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix? That’s where a good B-complex helps.

Not just B12—all the Bs.
I take it in the morning and feel more human before coffee (which is honestly a miracle). It also helps with mood swings and energy dips.

You can get it right here! I like the “Garden of Life” products, but there’s lots to choose from if you have a different opinion.

5. Vitamin D3 – Because Apparently the Sun Isn’t Enough

I live in sunny places and I still tested low. Go figure.

Since I started supplementing D3 (with K2—important!), my immune system feels stronger, and my winter blues are less blue. It’s a silent helper, but a powerful one.

I like Dr. Berg products, they get great reviews, so I recommend you check this out!

Final Thoughts: It’s Not About the Hype. It’s About What Helps.

I’ve bought a lot of things that promised glowing skin, magical energy, or perfect poops. Most didn’t deliver.

But these five? These made it into the “empty bottle, reorder immediately” club. Especially Prime Biome, which is basically my belly’s BFF now.

If you’re curious, give it a shot. Your gut (and maybe your mirror) might just thank you.
